We are a national company looking after the needs and requirements of residential property management companies. Our roles start from the enforcement of the lease/ transfer to providing accounts and services to residential developments where people live.

We were looking to downsize the cost of our operation and merge three regional offices into one, whilst nationally restructuring our back office function into particular offices. At the same time we wanted to allow our senior staff the flexibility of home working, whilst providing them with an office that they could "drop into and call home" without incurring the costs of desks sitting idle and paying for storage space.

After a few calls and explanation of needs and requirements a draft list of properties and search areas was drawn up with Vanessa at Easy Offices. This was reviewed and from that Vanessa drew up an itinerary of properties for us to visit. This itinerary which led me from one property site to the next in a highly logical and timely order and all Providers had been briefed of my exact needs ahead of my arrival by Vanessa, which I was most impressed by.

Following internal board decisions on the suitability of the properties, Vanessa contacted the office vendors that had been successful and unsuccessful and assisted with the smooth transition and movement of documentation and paperwork with our chosen property.

They cut through the hard slog and grind and provided me with a professional level of assistance. As I was looking for properties with very short notice indeed, they assisted me in achieving, what I thought was impossible over the course of two weeks.
