We are a national company looking after the needs and requirements of residential property management companies. Our roles start from the enforcement of the lease/ transfer to providing accounts and services to residential developments where people live.

We were looking to downsize the cost of our operation and merge three regional offices into one, whilst nationally restructuring our back office function into particular offices. At the same time we wanted to allow our senior staff the flexibility of home working, whilst providing them with an office that they could "drop into and call home" without incurring the costs of desks sitting idle and paying for storage space.

They cut through the hard slog and grind and provided me with a professional level of assistance. As I was looking for properties with very short notice indeed, they assisted me in achieving, what I thought was impossible over the course of two weeks.
