It has been developed by Luton Borough Council with funds provided by East of England Development Agency and ERDF, to promote the growth of small businesses and innovation based start up businesses in Luton. The units are let on a unique two week ‘easy in – easy out’ licence agreement, which means you can stay as long as you pay our affordable fully inclusive licence fee, but move out with just two weeks notice. This allows you to relocate within the centre, if your requirements change, or move on with only two weeks notice. The property element of your business then becomes a simple fixed price commodity, rather than a potential long term unlimited liability.
