The licence fee is all-inclusive, enabling you to focus on the day-to-day running of your business, without worrying about the usual headaches of tenancy. Our flexibility means you can start with a small unit and move as you grow without any hassle. With a host of added benefits which include the use of meeting rooms, on site car parking and access to low cost business skills and other training seminars. Managed Offices to let at rents from £3.18 per sq ft. The offices are all inclusive of rates and utilities (electricity is charged separately by meter in workshop units). Units are let on easy-in easy-out monthly licence terms. Note: These offices are unserviced, and unfurnished. Telephony and IT solutions can be provided at an additional cost.
