Period of occupancy is flexible with a minimum period of one month. One months hire charge is requested as a deposit and the hire charge is invoiced monthly in advance. Additional services are charged in arrears. Within , suites have been created with the successful but smaller business in mind. The suites vary in size accommodating from 1 to 6 people. All are carpeted and furnished. The Offices are centrally heated and supplied with category 5 cabling to provide a flexible solution to your telecommunication requirements in terms of telephone, modem, fax and ISDN2.
