In the late 1980s the building was substantially rebuilt and extended behind the original painted stone facade. Location description

The Covent Garden Serviced Offices occupy a prominent site on the North side of Leicester Square to the West of its junction with Leicester Place. Leicester Square is at the centre of London’s entertainment world, being situated to the East of Piccadilly Circus, to the South of Soho and Chinatown and to the West of Covent Garden. Within the square itself, many of the major cinema operators are located. These, combined with other nearby attractions such as the Pavillion, the Trocadero, the Hippodrome and numerous restaurants in the area, make Leicester Square one of London’s most popular tourist and entertainment centres. If you travel by car, the NCP car park in Leicester Street is a two minute walk away from the Serviced Offices.
