The Centre caters for the needs of start up companies through small businesses to area offices of larger companies with flexible modern accommodation offering rooms for single-person occupancy to a maximum of 10 people. The Centre manages all the maintenance and repairs of the offices with heating, electricity, rates and furniture all provided within the inclusive cost.
