The property is a 10 storey 2 tower building very centrally located within the Hounslow area. We have 3 floors dedicated to our Heathrow serviced office and the remaining 7 floors belong to our un-serviced side. For serviced tenants we offer a very attractive package. We have 2 receptions, one on the ground floor which houses both our 24 hour security and in house maintenance man. We also have a further reception on the 2nd floor where tenants are able to take advantage of all administration services such as photocopying, faxing, scanning, typing and even on request an answer machine service. We have 3 conference rooms which all come fully equip with projectors and necessary ports to conduct conference calls. In addition we have a 10 man training room which comes with 10 computers all connected to the internet. We also have a large restaurant on site which caters for breakfast through to lunch and later on a daily basis Monday to Friday to accommodate for those companies who wish to work more flexible hours. We have a large gym which is offered complimentary to all serviced tenants as well as a shuttle bus which runs between the centre and Hounslow west station daily during morning and afternoon peak hours.
