We are offering tailor made offices to suit your exact requirements, on flexible terms with very competitive rates. (3 months license agreement with all inclusive rates or 3 to 5 year lease on larger space). We can either offer either large open plan layouts, or partitioned smaller Serviced Offices that are ready to move in to. Our Lancing offices offer the flexibility to allow your business to contract or expand as your individual requirements change. Single person businesses are just as welcome as multi-national companies and the size of the offices to let are flexible to suit all needs. The offices are arranged over a ground and first floors. We have 24 hour access, including weekends and bank holidays. With comfortable, tailor made self contained, ready to move in serviced offices. Each floor has its own fitted kitchen, and separate male and female toilets.

Our offices are located in Lancing, approximately 60 miles south of London, enjoying excellent road & rail communications to Brighton, London and the South. The Serviced Offices are situated on the Lancing Business Park, situated close to the sea, immediately adjacent to Western Road, which links the A27 trunk road with the A259 coast road. There is a regular rail service to and from both London's Victoria and London Bridge stations, via East Croydon, where connections to the North and West can be made. There is a regular rail service to and from Brighton and Worthing stations to the east and west for onward stations. The nearest station is Lancing Railway Station, which is approximately a 15 minute walk.
