We provide first class serviced offices in Leicester and various other services within a modern and friendly building over 13,500 sq ft, providing security and 24-hour access. Our Leicester serviced offices are located near Frog Island, within walking distance of the City Centre, extremely handy for bus routes and we have our own large car park. Prospective clients are very welcome to come along and visit our premises. The Reception is open between 08.30 hours and 17.00 hours but is quite often manned between 07.30 hours and 18.30 hours Monday to Friday. Your guests will be attended to in a professional, polite and friendly manner. Telephone calls can be answered and put through to your office - if no one is available a message can be taken and passed on to you. Daily post is held at Reception when delivered (usually around 08.30 hours). When visitors arrive they will be welcomed and you will be informed, they can either wait in Reception or be directed to your office.

From the motorway M1 leave at Junction 21A or 22 and follow A50 dual carriageway, follow the sign to the centre of Leicester (Approx 6 miles). When the dual carriageway finishes at a major set of traffic lights proceed straight across into the Northgates and after approx 500 yards you will see a used car dealership on the right hand side. Turn right immediately into Pingle Street. Our Business Centre is the 3 storey building on the left and corner, between Pingle Street and Swan Street.
