Our Lyndhurst serviced offices sit at the highest point in the New Forest with outstanding views over the forest, the Solent and the Isle of Wight. It is a beautiful historic building on the site of King Rufus's hunting lodge. The building is set in landscaped grounds and is of sandstone and brick construction. Our serviced office accommodation lies on the first floor with access from a large communal reception and foyer with stairs to the first floor offices. It is divided into a number of cellular offices of a variety of sizes with a large conference suite with a bar and games room facility.

Our Lyndhurst serviced offices are set in a site of approximately 2.2 acres located 2 miles to the west of Junction 1 M27. The A31/M27 provides excellent communication links to the east and west to the major conurbations of Poole/Bournemouth, Ringwood and Salisbury and to the east Southampton, Winchester, Portsmouth and London via the M3. Southampton Airport Parkway is approximately 12 miles to the east and provides both main line rail services to London Waterloo and flights throughout Europe. Brockenhurst station is 6½ miles to the south, again providing main line rail access to Bournemouth to the west and Southampton to the east.
