All buildings have a generous car parking allocation and have a high standard of internal finish including features such as reversible air conditioning (Heating & Cooling), CAT5 IT supporting infrastructure, bespoke lighting systems and passenger lifts to provide full compliance for disabled Users. Other facilities include Meeting Rooms, Conference Suites and a Computer Suite for hire on a Daily basis, and a 60 Seat Business Cafeteria.

Our Plymouth serviced offices are placed on Forresters Business Park, a tranquil Woodland environment in the Estover region on the Northern side of Plymouth. With very good access to the main A38 and Marsh Mills Roundabout the office space is very close to Plymouth Airport and approximately 10 minutes drive from Plymouth City Centre with good Public Transport links (Citybus & First).
