Metropolitan House is contemporary by design with our newly fitted serviced office space set across the 7th floor of the building. We have offices from 99 sq ft to 290 sq ft but can be flexible (i.e. taking down walls) should the client need a larger space. There is a manned reception from the hours of 8:30 - 5:30, fully fitted kitchen with breakout area along with meeting rooms and AV equipment. We have fitted a brand new fob access security system which will give our clients piece of mind whilst working out of hours, as well having the latest IT and Telephony system. We are situated directly opposite Potters Bar mainline station which is a 15 minute train journey away from kings Cross with excellent access to the M25 and all other major routes as well as being serviced by excellent bus routes in and out of London. Metropolitan House Serviced Offices are situated directly opposite Potters Bar main line train station with trains that run into London Kings Cross every 15 to 20 minutes we are also 5 minutes away from the M25 with the nearest airport to be Luton. As we are right on the high street we have fantastic access to Costa Coffee, Sainsbury's, McDonalds, Subway, Greggs and a large number of local banks. There are also plenty of fantastic restaurants in and around the area.
