  • ApostropheWOW. Since starting here Chris has been very friendly and interested in ensuring all is well with the services offered. He has taken the time to talk about issues and has shown a willingness to improve my experience in these offices. Every time I have asked for something he has offered to assist or actually do the task for me. Very helpful. Also working in an office by myself it is always good to have someone to talk to and have a laugh with to help pass the day which Chris has done.

  • ApostropheClare is a truly amazing member of staff, she is a real credit to , nothing seems to get her down, shes always smiling and cheerful. Theres hardly a day that goes by where I dont have an issue that needs Clares help since weve moved in, but she still smiles and is helpful as ever. Nothing seems to be too much trouble for her, and we have given her some difficult problems! - Thanks Clare, you're a star!

  • ApostropheSince Clare joined Atlantic House she has been consistently cheerful and helpful throughout a difficult transition period. When the Manager was on holiday Clare not only stepped into the breach, but trained two new staff in that period. These staff now reflect the qualities I mentioned above.I learnt recently that Clare is transferring to London soon and wanted to take this opportunity to nominate her, as I meant to do so in September .

  • ApostropheThere is no one particular event that has sparked me to nominate Chris for a WOW award but rather his overall professionalism and passion in his job, not to mention his great personality. He has only been with the company for a short while but in that time he has shone out where few others have and I think he deserves recognition for the role he plays here. Nothing is ever too much trouble and he is always, without exception (even after a car accident), cheerful, humorous and helpful. Having staff like Chris within the team makes a huge difference to people like me and having more people like him is exactly what should be aiming for. Well do more

  • ApostropheWe recently moved offices within the building. There were many hurdles to get over and Ben rose to the challenge each time. On the day of the move he was one of the first people here with me and spent most of the day helping us move, lifting the heavy boxes I may add etc etc. This is only one of the many challenges Ben has had to face with us! But each time he has delivered. I would like to nominate Ben for all his help and cheery nature when the going has been tough!!Well done Ben.

  • ApostropheClare assisted with the networking/telephony side of a recent office move for one of our clients. She was extremely helpful and efficient, and I was very impressed at the way she gathered the necessary information and just got on with the job.Given past experience in other facilities (and at Reading) of having to hunt people down to be let into the comms room, and then doing all of the patching myself, it was very refreshing to have someone take the bulk of the grunt work away, leaving me free to concentrate on any technical issues arising.Thank you!
