Meeting Rooms

One of the common questions we are asked relates to Meeting Room use and the access that renting a Virtual Office allows. At Easy Offices we only deal with selected companies that we are confident will provide the levels of service you require, who have the capacity to answer your phone calls, deal with your mail and greet any visitors you may have in a courteous and professional manner. These companies also have a truly national and global reach allowing you the opportunity to hire Meeting Rooms not only when you need them but also potentially at different locations adding to your Company’s standing and presence.

Meeting rooms are ordinarily charged by the hour, half day or full day. If you envisage regular use of meeting rooms then it would be something to discuss in advance and potentially include in your Virtual Office agreement, obviously at a discounted rate. Sizes will vary from location to location but the companies we deal with should have a good selection of small interview rooms up to full conference facilities for 100+ people.

Hot Desking

Increasingly more and more Office providers are also offering companies the option of hot-desking or touchdown space as a part of their Virtual Office packages. Companies have the choice of either having access for a set number of days to a private office, touchdown space or a hot-desking facility.

This is a great option for those businesses that:

  • Working from home is a more convenient option but would like to break the week up by working in a different environment.
  • Work remotely and need touchdown space either in a specific location or on a national basis.
