Flexible office operator Forsyth has announced that it will be strengthening its presence in the Capital with new serviced offices at 45 Moorfields in Moorgate.

Part of Scarborough Group International, the operator currently runs two business centres in London with one in Euston and the other on Bolsover Street. The new offices will be located at Moorgate in the City’s financial District, offering a prime London business address in the EC2 post code area. 20,000 sq ft of new office space has been agreed over two floors of the building.

Currently undergoing refurbishment, office space will offer fully serviced accommodation together with meeting rooms over the 6th and 7th floors of the building. All offices will be fitted out to a high standard and clients will benefit from the use of superfast broadband connections.

Facing a tough economy Forsyth may have their work cut out for them finding occupants to fill the 280 workstations at the new offices however, Managing Director David Hall commented that the company is “confident” about securing lettings. The operator has already compiled a waiting list of interested clients, David said: “Success at our Euston and Bolsover Centres has given us sufficient confidence in the market to expand and take space in another key location in Central London, and is as a result of our controlled growth strategy over coming years in the City.”

Ideal for commuting in and out of London, the new Forsyth centre is surrounded by major transport hubs with Moorgate Station a stone’s throw from the building and Liverpool Street and Bank underground stations just a short walk away.
