Orega’s new business centre in High Holborn is living up to expectations with five deals signed within a fortnight of the centre opening its doors.
A total of circa 3,500 sq ft has been snapped up by companies eager to take space in the 20,000 sq ft building, which is Orega’s first in central London.
The new clients include detective agency Ingram Associates; Heart Aid, a company specialising in emergency and first aid training; recruitment consultancy Stanton House and Peers Property, the specialist property consultancy that Orega hired to help find its first central London business centre.
Biggest of the new occupiers is transportation facilities company Trapeze Group which will move into a 24-person office on 1 November. The client has committed to a three-year licence agreement on the equivalent of 2,000 sq ft and has already approached Orega to discuss potential expansion. Trapeze Group has 20 offices globally and continues to expand. It is currently working on a new project to deliver IT solutions to the transport market.
The ability to expand was another important factor in choice of location. Stanton House is a new company and therefore requires future flexibility, while Ingram Associates was established in Fleet Street over 20 years ago and was attracted to the High Holborn offices by the potential for expansion within the building.
The new five-storey business centre, which opened its doors on 1 October, provides fully serviced, air-conditioned office space in a central Midtown location close to the junction of High Holborn and Gray’s Inn Road.
