Easy Offices loves blogging on the weird and the wonderful in the Office Space World and we’ve looked at some of the wonderful offices that some companies are lucky enough to call home but is there any more innovative than Moshi Monsters new HQ in Shoreditch, due to open in early May?
The Company moved from its former base in Battersea to Shoreditch nearly 2 years ago and is now expanding into new offices complete with ping pong tables, a treehouse, a slide and all the other unusual office extras that Tech companies are becoming increasingly known for. CEO Michael Acton-Smith has faced many challenges and difficult decisions but moving into new, larger offices it seems, was not one of them:
Moving to London’s “Silicon Roundabout” was a no-brainer, he says. Like other residents of the area, Acton-Smith has grown attuned to banging the drum of London’s blossoming Tech City. “There are a lot of places in London we could have gone, but this seems like the most exciting. There are parties nearly every evening; crossing on the stairwell with other entrepreneurs, swapping ideas and contacts.”
