Following our article published on June 27th entitled “Office Space in Battersea Proposal”, property magazine Estates Gazette have revealed that there may be concerns over the size of the project’s giant chimney which will be used to ventilate the 2.5m sq ft of office space situated beneath the “eco-dome” construction. The magazine speculated that London Mayor Boris Johnson was worried that the 980 sq ft glass contruction may interfere with city views of the Palace of Westminster from the Hungerford and Waterloo Bridges.
