Serviced Office operator Citibase is celebrating its latest business centre acquisition which has taken the company’s serviced office portfolio to 21 centres in the UK!

Citibase has staged a substantial expansion during the early part of 2009 having taken over management of a number of business centres across the country.  In January the company took control of the MLS-run Norfolk House in Milton Keynes and, shortly after, announced the acquisition of four further business centres in Reading, Bristol, Birmingham and Wolverhampton from competitor Premier Office Holdings.  This month Novocrest also gave over management to Citibase at its Coventry centre on Lockhurst Lane.

Taking the company’s overall portfolio count to 21, Citibase has this week revealed that it has taken control of the Edinburgh centre which has only briefly been under the management of Premier Office Holdings.  The new Edinburgh serviced offices benefit from an ideal business location.  Sitting on Edinburgh Park clients are placed close to the city’s international Airport whilst remaining within easy reach of the city centre as well as the M8 and M9 motorways.  Citibase will run the property on fully serviced terms, viewings can be arranged on 01932 834 720.
