In keeping with National Customer Service Week, serviced office operator Business Environment has surveyed 3,000 clients at its 18 business centres across the country in the company’s biggest ever customer satisfaction survey.
The excellent results of the survey seem to leave relatively little room for improvement, however the popular flexible office operator will be looking at a number of new initiatives to further enhance it’s customer satisfaction performance where possible over the next year.
Among the positive survey feedback 98% of clients said that they would recommend Business Environment to a friend. Furthermore, 92% of clients agreed that they find their business centre staff friendly and helpful with 87% saying that they were satisfied with the day to day service that they receive.
Business Environment received positive feedback too on the little extras offered by the operator with “Doughnut Fridays” and hosted sporting events, complete with free refreshments, going down well with clients.
David Saul, managing director of Business Environment commented that he was delighted with the survey results after the company has focused its attention on further improving its excellent client retention rates. David added that Business Environment will be striving to “drive standards even higher over the next 12 months”.
With an impressive tally of business awards, the flexible office operator has won the BCA Business Centre award four times now and was a finalist in The National Customer Service Awards last year.
