Following on from our article of 1st October regarding Forsyth’s new business centre in Sheffield, below is a press release that has been circulated by the operator concerning the new business centre.
The management contracts division of the organisation has taken on part of the Hawke Street Business Park in the Lower Don Valley area of the city.
It means, York headquartered Forsyth, part of Kevin McCabe’s global property specialist Scarborough Group International Limited, now has five management contract locations across Sheffield with the addition of the impressive three-storey modern Grade A office, which features a wide range of first class serviced office accommodation available to let, ranging from 290 – 9200 sq ft.
Director Saeed Rehman said: “This is an impressive building near the riverside and ideally placed as a location for the M1 and Meadowhall as well as Sheffield City Centre. This is one of the few corporate business offices currently available in the Lower Don Valley.
“Hawke Street, along with our other management contracts, will boost the city’s business profile and ensure our customers can access affordable office accommodation throughout Sheffield.
“Some businesses are no longer looking to commit to long leaseholds. The future is uncertain for a lot of companies and they are seeking more flexible contracts whereby they can bide their time and weather the economic storm. Hawke Street and our other Sheffield locations allow businesses to take on high quality, serviced office space with the freedom to change if circumstances require.”
In addition to managing the four sites across Sheffield, Forsyth has been contracted to provide consultation services for a variety of public and private sector companies across the city.
