The team at Forsyth’s new Moorfield business centre have been “overwhelmed” by the amount of interest that they have received from clients since the operator announced that it would be opening its third London serviced office centre back in December.

The new centre was officially launched just 6 weeks after Forsyth agreed a 20,000 sq ft lease at the property situated at 45 Moorfields. The offices have already been attracting fervent interest from clients and were launched at a respectable occupancy level of 50% with further clients due to move in this month.

The offices are spread across the seventh floor of the Moorfields building and offer fully serviced accommodation. With a total of 140 workstations available, clients benefit from a dedicated reception (pictured above) and prestigious boardroom.

General Manager Ally Miciul commented that due to the popularity of the new serviced offices Forsyth is already planning on expanding within the same building. She said: “The location and facilities available at the Centre have proved so popular that plans are already in hand to now fit out the 6th floor which will provide a further 140 workstations as well as additional meeting rooms”.

Following the success of the latest office launch Forsyth has revealed that it is looking for opportunities to launch further business centres in London during the coming year.
