Sheffield Offices – An award winning ‘love it or loathe it’ building in Sheffield is offering a unique opportunity for entrepreneurs to capitalise on its controversial profile.

The 550-space multi-storey car park and ground floor space, built on the site of the old Yorkshire Grey pub, was designed by London-based architects Allies and Morrison, and the distinctive facade is made up of reflective aluminium plates.

The Heart of the City Project in Sheffield has already delivered transformational public realm projects including the Peace Gardens, Millennium Galleries and the Winter Gardens as well as the 4-star Mercure St Paul’s Hotel.

It has also become a prestigious business address. St Paul’s Place office number one is home to legal services organisation DLA Piper and banking group RBS. Office number two was occupied this summer by the Department for Children, Schools and Families and the Department for Business Innovation and Skills.
