Office space in the Staffordshire Technology Park has been on the rise recently with Serviced Office providers UBC deciding earlier in the year to include the town within their ongoing expansion of Serviced Office business centres across the UK.

Now property magazine Property Week has reported that the Staffordshire Police Authority has also decided on a move to the business area of the town which will bring in a massive 50, 000 sq ft client to the Park and see the development of two of the biggest office buildings built in the area to date.  The development is reported to be costing the Staffordshire Police Authority a whopping £7.25m.

The relatively new Staffordshire Technology Park brought around 500,000sqft of office space to Stafford, making it the largest office park between Manchester and Birmingham.  A development based on an initiative by Staffordshire County Council the park is set on a 44 acre site sitting directly opposite the town’s university buildings.  Benefiting from good communication links businesses are located within easy reach of junction 14 of the M6 and Stafford Town Centre.

Despite a slowing economy the Stafford office market seems to be surviving the downturn with the newest client bringing in a real boost for sales in the park.  For an overview of the Serviced Offices in Stafford please click here or call us on 01932 834 720 for availability and to arrange viewings.
