Continuing with its expansion into the Capital, serviced office operator Orega has signed a 10 year management agreement on a new business centre in central Hammersmith.
Located at 3 Shortlands, the striking, cross-shaped building boasts a Virgin Active gym and swimming pool on the ground floor. A number of international companies are currently residing at the building including Cathay Pacific, Gulf Air and Royal Bank of Scotland.
Orega has agreed 34,000 sq ft on the fourth and five floors of 3 Shortlands to provide a total of 400 workstations. Due to launch on 1st February next year, the offices will help to further consolidate Orega’s presence in the Capital following its early success in High Holborn. Joint managing director, Zach Douglas, comments: “3 Shortlands is a fantastic addition to our growing network of business centres and represents a major step forward in our strategy to develop a portfolio of quality sites in London.”
“We believe that the London market still has untapped potential for high quality, flexible office space in certain locations and are continuing to pursue new signings, more of which are likely to conclude in the first quarter of 2012.”
The newly refurbished serviced offices are air-conditioned throughout and clients will benefit from a dedicated reception area, range of fully fitted meeting and conference rooms as well as secure onsite parking.
Providing fast access to Heathrow Airport and central London, the Hammersmith business centre is located just minutes from the underground and bus stations. Offices are within sight of the A4 Hammersmith Flyover, adjacent the Novotel hotel and a short walk from the Broadway Shopping Centre.
