Orega’s business centre in High Holborn is continuing to perform well within the London market after closing a healthy number of deals in recent weeks.

The latest companies to move in at the centre have belonged to e-commerce giant, Rakuten, which has decided to bring two of its online businesses, Linkshare and Play.com, together under the same roof.

Play.com was bought by the Japanese e-comm operator last year and has now relocated to the High Holborn business centre from Farringdon. The online retailer sells a range of products from electronics to gifts and gadgets. LinkShare, which specialises in online marketing solutions, will be joining the Play.com team this month, relocating from offices at Tottenham Court Road.

The new clients will be taking 3,500 sq ft of serviced office space between them, representing 80% of the building’s fourth floor.

Orega has welcomed a flurry of other new client at High Holborn recently, including Opus Recruitment Solutions, Silk Link Consultancy Services, Echelon Research, PSG Global Solutions, London IP and PMK Associates. Another substantial move into building has been WCG, a global communications company, which took 1,990 sq ft of space over the fifth floor.
