Serviced Office company Stonemartin has officially been sold to the largest serviced office firm in Britain Regus Plc.

The deal comes as little surprise to industry insiders with reports back in the summer last year that the company was in talks over a corporate deal (see our article London city Serviced Office Operator Looks for Corporate Deal).  Stonemartin lost three of their serviced off properties last year, leaving them with the popular New Broad Street House business centre seen opposite.

The sale was finalised over the Christmas period when Stonemartin agreed a sum rumoured to be around £1.5 million to rival serviced office operator Regus.  The new company will be named Eagle Realisations.
