Sheffield Hallam University has signed a lease on 38,000 square foot at the recently refurbished Aspect Court building in Sheffield City Centre. The building was renovated last year by owners Mapeley to create open plan offices and a reception area, the total refurbishment cost was £4m. The university will use the space, which is located adjacent to the Hallam campus, as a post-grad teaching facility. The deal has been completed in time for the new term in September and the space has been let on a five year lease.
