The Great Victoria Partnership recently received 22 objections from local residents following a public consultation regarding plans for a 118,000 sq ft office and four-storey residential development near Buckingham Palace. The majority of complaints were regarding the reduction of light levels that would occur following the erection of the seven-storey building in the residential area.  The future of the project is yet to be decided but the complaints come as something of a blow to initial proposals which, if given the go ahead, would see a substantial addition to office space in the Victoria area.
