With so much competition within a relatively small area businesses can expect to find competitively priced accommodation here, making Victoria a great market for any company looking for serviced offices in London. The availability of space here is variable and occupancy levels are difficult to predict, dependant chiefly on which government department is expanding and needing a temporary home!  Thanks to the large percentage of Government bodies in the area the Victoria serviced office market is susceptible to perform badly during downturns and it will be interesting to see how well occupancy levels fair over the following two years with the imminent recessionary doom and gloom in mind!
