Heddon Street Serviced Office Online Tour Launched by Harvard

Reading Time: 2 minutes

Harvard Managed Offices have launched an online virtual tour of its 5-star Heddon Street office business centre to give prospective clients the convenience of quick, remote viewings from anywhere in the country, or around the world.

The tour provides six short panoramic views of both the exterior of the Grade II listed building and a selection of its meeting, presentation and Board rooms plus serviced offices and other facilities.

The view of Heddon Street, which is a charming pedestrianised street full of restaurants and cafes, highlights the building’s distinctive arched entrance. Other shots illustrate the type of smaller serviced office available and a typical large office suite occupying half a floor.

In addition, the virtual tour illustrates Heddon Street’s largest training room which can seat 50 people maximum. There are also views of its striking, double-ceiling height steel and glass reception area and drop-in business lounge.

The new tour is designed to provide a fast and simple tool for clients or commercial agents looking for office space or service offices in Mayfair or those searching for meeting rooms or a conference room in Mayfair.

As Manager, James Parris, explains: “There is no substitute for seeing our offices and meeting rooms for yourself and being able to appreciate their outstanding quality and atmosphere first hand. Nevertheless, the virtual tour provides a quick and convenient alternative and we realise that agents and clients often prefer to have as many sources of information possible before they step inside for a viewing.“Ă‚ĹĄ

Harvard’s Heddon Street is part of a worldwide network of independent business centre operators calledLocartis. As such the centre holds the network’s highest 5-star rating which sets the facility apart from many other office providers in the local area. Despite its prestigious location on the edge of Mayfair, its owners, Harvard Managed Offices, are committed to keeping prices “surprisingly affordable“ for West London and to providing clients with sustainable long-term pricing rather than aggressive short-term offers that end in a price hike.

Heddon Street has been finished to an exceptionally high standard and refurbished with great sensitivity by the Crown Estate. The building was designed by Scottish architect, Sir John Burnet, in 1924 in the French classical modern style. Parts of it, formerly known as The New Gallery, date back to the late 19th century. In the 1920s it became an “electric cinema“ famous for Disney film premieres.

Heddon Street itself is a popular part of a larger district known as the Regent Street Food Quarter. Several famous London streets, landmarks, retail and leisure attractions are just minutes away. They include: SavileRow, the Burlington Arcade, the Royal Academy of Arts, Fortnum & Mason, numerous fine art galleries and Regent Street’s many big name retailers.
