One of the great things about serviced offices is the way that serviced office companies can make such good use of historical buildings, turning them into environments suitable for 21st century business.

The re-use of old buildings has two important advantages. First it is much more sustainable, as the demolition and redevelopment alternative creates much more carbon emissions than the refurbishment of existing buildings.

Second, it preserves the historic character of the city. It would be a tragedy to lose a fine Victorian building like this one.

So three cheers all round to EOG.
