i2 Office Strengthens London City Presence with New EC3 Centre

Expanding serviced office operator i2 Office will soon be strengthening its presence in the City of London following an announcement that the company will be launching a third business centre located in EC3.

The brand new offices will form part of a high profile development offering 122,042 sq ft of office and retail space located at 40 Gracechurch Street. i2 Office will be offering around 16, 000 sq ft spread over the ground and first floors of the new premises which offers ideal underground access, situated next to Monument tube station. Features will include executive lounge facilities and contemporary office accommodation suitable for one up to fifty workstations.

In August last year i2 Office opened its second London City business centre in Aldersgate. The centre has proved to be an overwhelming success for the operator having reached an impressive 96% occupancy level by the end of 2011.

CEO of i2 Office, Philip Grace commented: “Gracechurch Street will be a welcome addition to our nationwide network and further strengthens our London City offer.  We have seen high demand for our other centres in London, most recently with Aldersgate, filling up rapidly; we anticipate strong interest in Gracechurch Street.“
