Orega will be expanding its current London portfolio with new serviced offices near Moorgate underground station due to open in August. This will be Orega’s second office venture in the Capital after seeing ongoing success with its first-ever central London offering at 16 High Holborn.
Orega opened at High Holborn towards the end of 2010, having entered into a 10-year management agreement for 20,000 sq ft at the distinctive, glass-fronted building.

With an expected launch date of 6th August 2012, Orega will be hoping to see similar success at the new London City offices which are located at Finsbury Pavement, EC2. The operator has taken 17,400 sq ft at the building and will be offering a total of 240 work stations, fitted out at a high level to produce what the operator is calling its “most premium serviced office space yet.“
Offices are arranged over two, newly refurbished floors and offer spacious and stylish communal and reception areas with high-ceilings. The building boosts a large, landscaped roof terrace, providing an ideal lunch time haven for clients.
