As we blogged about last week, we’ve recently undertaken an extensive survey of our website visitors to determine how we can improve our office descriptions. Part of the new approach which we will be rolling out in the next few weeks is improving the amenities and facilities list of the individual offices but we’re also aware from the survey results how important the actual ‘people’ who work there are. These are the faces that you’ll see every morning, sunshine and rain and however fab the office is the individuals that work there have a huge impact on the overall experience!<\/p>\n

We’ve asked the Office Managers some questions to give you an insight into their experiences, we’ll be sharing these with you over the next few weeks and we’re starting with one of our Business centres in Varley Street, located just outside Leeds.<\/p>\n

Which is your favourite Office and why?<\/b><\/p>\n

We have a 3 Person Office which is a fantastic South Facing office, overlooking our extensive gardens and grounds.\u00a0 This office has leather chairs, a white board and pin board, additional storage – all you need to be in an office and get on with your own work!<\/i><\/p>\n

What’s the best thing about your centre?<\/b><\/p>\n

We are a unique Grade II* Listed Building, with many original features, and being based between Leeds & Bradford are in an ideal location for commuters and visitors alike!<\/i><\/p>\n

What was your best moment helping or assisting one of your tenants?<\/b><\/p>\n

We pride ourselves on our Customer Service and always help and assist our Tenants as much as we possibly can.\u00a0 All our Tenants benefit from our services.<\/i><\/p>\n

What’s the funniest thing that has ever happened at your Serviced Office?<\/b><\/p>\n

Congratulations! – We have Won Business Centre of The Month Twice and Tenants are proud of us!<\/i><\/p>\n

What’s the nicest thing anyone has ever said to one of your staff?<\/b><\/p>\n

Tenants mingling at our Breakfast Meetings and one of the tenants waking everybody up!<\/i><\/p>\n

What’s your favourite lunch venue & why?<\/b><\/p>\n

We have a few venues in and around the area, from asian cusine, italian and english – its hard to decide, but they are all good venues!<\/i><\/p>\n
