title=\"AstraZeneca\" href=\"http:\/\/www.astrazeneca.co.uk\/\" target=\"_blank\">AstraZeneca<\/a> last week pulled out of a deal to take in excess of 60, 000 sq ft at the new Broadgate Tower building.<span style=\"mso-spacerun: yes;\">\u00a0 <\/span>Reports of the promising deal first emerged back in April but the firm pulled out of the signing last minute and has confirmed that it is looking at other options to move from its current <a title=\"West End Office Space\" href=\"http:\/\/www.easyoffices.com\/Serviced-Offices\/uk\/London\/London-West-End\" target=\"_blank\">West End<\/a> premises.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"margin: 0cm 0cm 0pt; text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 11pt; font-family: Verdana;\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"margin: 0cm 0cm 0pt; text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 11pt; font-family: Verdana;\">Meanwhile Broadgate Tower has attracted another giant client as serviced office operator Regus Plc has taken space on the 12<sup>th<\/sup> floor of the 540 ft structure, as reported yesterday.<span style=\"mso-spacerun: yes;\">\u00a0 <\/span><a title=\"Office Space
