0pt;\"><span style=\"font-size: 11pt; font-family: Verdana; mso-ansi-language: EN-GB;\">The office space plans are part of a large project proposal by\u00a0Property Fund Manager\u00a0<a title=\"Highcross Home Page\" href=\"http:\/\/www.lakesidenorthharbour.com\/news.html\" target=\"_blank\">Highcross<\/a>, who have owned the site\u00a0since 2005,\u00a0and includes a number of retail and leisure facilities including a four star hotel and car dealership. <span style=\"mso-spacerun: yes;\">\u00a0<\/span>The new office space will, in part, be aimed at small businesses in keeping with the success that the UK&#8217;s largest serviced office operator Regus Plc has seen at the site with their Lakeside business centre.<span style=\"mso-spacerun: yes;\">\u00a0 <\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"margin: 0cm 0cm 0pt;\"><span style=\"font-size: 11pt; font-family: Verdana; mso-ansi-language: EN-GB;\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"margin: 0cm 0cm 0pt;\"><span style=\"font-size: 11pt; font-family: Verdana; mso-ansi-language: EN-GB;\"><a href=\"http:\/\/www.easyoffices.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/s_0309portsmouthservicedoffices.jpg\"><img
