Office Space Walton<\/a><\/strong>:<\/span> A ~1.5 million refurbishment project in Walton has been labelled as a “great opportunity“ by the town’s leading business support organisation, the Walton Business Group. <\/span><\/p>\n

Forsyth House, formally known as Balfour House on Churchfield Road,<\/a> is owned and is being refurbished by Sheffield United chairman Kevin McCabe’s Scarborough Group International (SGI), to provide more than 28,000 sq ft of traditional and serviced office space<\/a> for businesses in the area.<\/span><\/p>\n

\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

SGI’s subsidiary company – Forsyth Business Centres has taken 6,407 sq ft of the development to provide high quality serviced office accommodation for companies looking for a flexible, cost effective alternative to long leases and high overheads.\u00a0 <\/span>Due to be completed this summer, Forsyth House will also offer over 90 on-site car parking spaces, in the heart of Walton on Thames. <\/span><\/p>\n

\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Sarah-Jane Shellard, Director of Walton Business Group (WBG), said: “The WBG looks forward to seeing the completion of this refurbishment project in Walton.\u00a0 “The new facility will be a great opportunity for both local businesses looking to expand their operations, as well as for businesses new to the area, to set up in the town centre.\u00a0 Walton’s close proximity to the national road, rail and air networks together with the recently completed town centre redevelopment makes it a great place to do business.“<\/span><\/p>\n

\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Forsyth House is located in the centre of Walton on Thames, providing easy access to local amenities and a direct rail link to London Waterloo. <\/span><\/p>\n

\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Chris Burke, a surveyor for SGI, said: “Forsyth House will bring a new lease of life to the town’s businesses. There are lot of commuters who live in Walton and travel to London to work, but this development provides an alternative solution. We are in the final stages of completing the refurbishment and expect to open our doors for business in June 2009, but companies can already secure office space.“<\/span><\/p>\n

\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

“As well as traditional accommodation, fully-serviced office space will be available through Forsyth Business Centres, whose increasingly popular office solution provides companies with a fully furnished I.T ready office, as well as a wide range of services including meeting rooms, catering, phone answering and secretarial services.\u00a0 <\/span>Forsyth Business Centres can also offer individual workstations to people looking to set up their own business or satellite offices, allowing them to keep in touch with the workplace without having to commute everyday.“<\/span><\/p>\n
