style=\"margin: 0cm 0cm 0pt;\"><span style=\"font-size: 11pt; font-family: Verdana;\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"margin: 0cm 0cm 0pt;\"><span style=\"font-size: 11pt; font-family: Verdana;\">Located on Lockhurst Lane, the building, which was formally managed by Novocrest, is situated to the north of the city centre.<span style=\"mso-spacerun: yes;\">\u00a0
