Serviced Office operator City Executive Centres has taken official control of several business centres from MLS. <\/span><\/p>\n

\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Following weeks of rumour, City Executive Centres, part of the MWB Group alongside sister company MWB Business Exchange, has finally announced that a number of former MLS business centres are under its control. \u00a0<\/span>The take overs have been primarily in central London<\/a> and mark a substantial expansion for the company which tends to offer good quality, competitively priced office accommodation. \u00a0<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Many of the business centre casualties resulting from this year’s MLS fallout have come under the control of competitors with operators including Kingshott, Forsyth, Citibase and Omnia Offices all staging management take overs at various locations.\u00a0 However City Executive Centres will be accounting for the largest number of\u00a0properties acquired with at least 11 now under its management. \u00a0<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

City Executive Centres has also announced the acquisition of a brand new centre based in central Woking<\/a>, adding further to the operator’s portfolio which now stretches from London<\/a> and the South, including Cardiff<\/a>, up to Liverpool<\/a>, Sheffield<\/a>, Bury<\/a> and Newcastle<\/a> in the North.<\/span><\/p>\n
