Property Investment and Development company SEGRO<\/a> has been helping to boost investor confidence in Reading since beginning contruction on\u00a0its massive office space development at Winnersh Triangle Business Park last summer.\u00a0 <\/span>Now the developer is\u00a0adding a further 37,229 sq ft office at the site,\u00a0expanding its current project scope which consists of 2 million sq ft of mixed use space including over 320,000 sq ft of office space. \u00a0<\/span>When complete the new office will house staff from technology company Microchip<\/a>.<\/span> <\/span><\/p>\n
