EN-GB;\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"margin: 0cm 0cm 0pt; text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 11pt; font-family: Verdana; mso-ansi-language: EN-GB;\">Heron International has revealed that it wants to revise plans for the height of the Heron Plaza building, extending it to 149 metres.<span style=\"mso-spacerun: yes;\">\u00a0 <\/span>The expansion is being made to incorporate last month&#8217;s Heads of Terms signing with the luxury <a title=\"Four Seasons Home Page\" href=\"http:\/\/www.fourseasons.com\/\" target=\"_blank\">Four Seasons Hotel &amp; Resorts<\/a> chain.<span style=\"mso-spacerun: yes;\">\u00a0 <\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"margin: 0cm 0cm 0pt; text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 11pt; font-family: Verdana; mso-ansi-language: EN-GB;\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"margin: 0cm 0cm 0pt; text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 11pt; font-family: Verdana; mso-ansi-language: EN-GB;\">However the new proposals have been met with concern from the <a title=\"English Heritage Home Page\" href=\"http:\/\/www.english-heritage.org.uk\/\" target=\"_blank\">English Heritage<\/a> who claim that the new building height will interfere with views of the Tower of London.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"margin: 0cm 0cm 0pt; text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 11pt; font-family: Verdana; mso-ansi-language: EN-GB;\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"margin: 0cm 0cm 0pt; text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 11pt; font-family: Verdana; mso-ansi-language: EN-GB;\">The Heron Plaza building will be constructed alongside the project&#8217;s centrepiece, the Kohn Pederson Fox-designed Heron Tower building.<span style=\"mso-spacerun: yes;\">\u00a0 <\/span>The neighbouring Heron Tower skyscraper began construction in 2008 and, once completed, will measure in at an astounding <\/span><span style=\"font-size: 11pt; font-family: Verdana;\">202 metres, incorporating 41 storeys<\/span><span style=\"font-size: 11pt; font-family: Verdana; mso-ansi-language: EN-GB;\"> <span lang=\"EN-GB\">and providing world class office space. <span style=\"mso-spacerun: yes;\">\u00a0<\/span>The Heron Plaza development also includes a range of public spaces including squares and green areas and offers a sought-after <a title=\"Office Space EC2\" href=\"http:\/\/www.easyoffices.com\/Serviced-Offices\/uk\/London\/London-City\/EC2\" target=\"_blank\">EC2 business address<\/a>,
