\"\"<\/a>Leading serviced office<\/a> operator, Forsyth Business Centres, has appointed two new centre managers for its Hemel Hempstead<\/a> and Walton-on-Thames<\/a> sites.<\/span><\/p>\n

Kim Long, 53 and Irene Jones, 48, have been taken on by the company to oversee operations at the office complexes, as part of the company’s rapid expansion.<\/span><\/p>\n

\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Irene, who will be managing the newly opened Forsyth House at Walton (seen above), said: “The serviced office complex in Walton is a newly refurbished, state-of-the-art facility that will benefit businesses across the area. <\/span>I’m looking forward to bringing in new tenants and providing them with a contemporary office solution that meets all of the business’ needs.“<\/span><\/p>\n

\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Kim, from Berkhamsted in Berkshire, joins the company with more than 30 years experience in business, having worked as Business Manager for an independent Porsche specialist and as Contractual Business Manager for Kraft, turning over approximately ~10m every year.<\/span><\/p>\n

\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

She said: “Throughout my career, I have always had to deal with customers and meet their demands. I hope to use these skills within my role at Hemel, to ensure all of my clients are happy with the service they receive.“<\/span><\/p>\n

\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

The appointment reinforces Forsyth’s continual rapid UK expansion, with the company now owning more than 200, 000 sq ft of office space nationwide and achieving its highest turnover to date – ~6.2m for the year 2008\/2009.<\/span><\/p>\n

\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Forsyth director, Scott McCabe said: “Whilst the market is very competitive at present, Forsyth is continuing to expand rapidly and these two new appointments reinforce this.\u00a0 <\/span>By recruiting experienced personnel, we can continue to grow as a business, attracting new clients to our centres nationwide.“<\/span><\/p>\n
