Holborn recently has been the site of new <a title=\"Serviced Office Information\" href=\"http:\/\/www.easyoffices.com\/serviced-offices\" target=\"_blank\">serviced offices<\/a> and hotels which have exploited its excellent public transport links.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/www.easyoffices.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/s_mwbholborn.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignleft size-thumbnail wp-image-248\" title=\"s_mwbholborn\" src=\"http:\/\/www.easyoffices.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/s_mwbholborn.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"81\" height=\"103\" \/><\/a>Holborn&#8217;s underground station is the junction of the Central and Piccadilly lines and offers an excellent business location, sitting between The <a title=\"London City Serviced Offices\" href=\"http:\/\/www.serviced-offices.com\/London%20City\/\" target=\"_blank\">City of London <\/a>and <a title=\"London West End Serviced Offices\" href=\"http:\/\/www.quickoffices.com\/offices_in_london.asp?area=1051\" target=\"_blank\">London&#8217;s West End<\/a>. This strategic position as well, some might say, as the more economical cost of office space compared to the City and West End, has led to many serviced office operators opening up in the area. There are now EIGHT operators vying for business within a very small geographic region meaning that businesses looking to settle here can expect some competitive pricing.<\/p>\n<p>If you don&#8217;t like walking then providers MWB have the best location, sitting directly above <a title=\"Kingsway Property\" href=\"http:\/\/www.lastminuteoffices.com\/serviced-office-details.asp?id=454\" target=\"_blank\">Holborn Tube Station<\/a>, you wouldn&#8217;t know from the outside but a nice contemporary fit out suits the building well. Over the road on <a title=\"Kingsway Property\" href=\"http:\/\/www.easyoffices.com\/serviced-offices\/uk\/London\/London-West-End\/Holborn\/Kingsway\/813\" target=\"_blank\">Kingsway<\/a> is Lenta. Whilst space here is rather basic and leases on <a title=\"Managed Leases\" href=\"http:\/\/www.easyoffices.com\/managed-offices\" target=\"_blank\">managed terms<\/a>, it is also probably the cheapest flexible office space in Holborn.\u00a0 Avanta, on Southampton Row, borders Covent Garden whilst the remaining five are all located on, or around, High Holborn.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/www.easyoffices.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/s_0708eogcentral.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignright size-thumbnail wp-image-247\" title=\"s_0708eogcentral\" src=\"http:\/\/www.easyoffices.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/s_0708eogcentral.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"86\" height=\"102\" \/><\/a>Tucked away off High Holborn is Ledian with its &#8220;boutique&#8221; style <a title=\"Bedford Row Property\" href=\"http:\/\/www.easyoffices.com\/serviced-offices\/uk\/London\/London-West-End\/Holborn\/Bedford-Row\/3790\" target=\"_blank\">semi-serviced space <\/a>and opposite <a title=\"Near Chancery Lane Property\" href=\"http:\/\/www.servicedofficesholborn.co.uk\/?view=officeDetails&amp;officeID=265\" target=\"_blank\">Chancery Lane tube station <\/a>is Regus, leaving last, but definitely not least, EOG in <a title=\"Central Court Property\" href=\"http:\/\/www.easyoffices.com\/serviced-offices\/uk\/London\/London-West-End\/Holborn\/Central-Court\/3739\" target=\"_blank\">Central Court<\/a>.\u00a0 Possibly the highest quality serviced office in London this former patent office has recently undergone a full refurbishment restoring the building to its former glory. \u00a0The meticulous renovation has seen the adjoining of two contrasting styles and now offers a mix of retro-style, listed features alongside ultra modern office furniture and technology, creating some truly individual accommodation.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/www.easyoffices.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/s_0708target-space11.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignleft size-thumbnail wp-image-218\" title=\"s_0708target-space11\" src=\"http:\/\/www.easyoffices.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/s_0708target-space11.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"84\" height=\"101\" \/><\/a>Holborn offers something for companies of all sizes and sectors.\u00a0 As a market it extends beyond appealing to only the legal sector and offers some great value serviced office space for companies wanting that strategic location between City and West End.
