However, with the appointment of Andrew Meiner as managing director the company took a fresh look at its location and workspace requirements.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;As no team members actually lived in London, relocating was never going to be a problem,&#8220; comments Andrew Meiner. &#8220;As a technology-based company we knew we wanted to be located within the Thames Valley and with superb transportation links and easy access to Heathrow Airport, Reading was the obvious choice.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;However, finding the right base involved a lot of due diligence work. Although we were already based at Avanta&#8217;s business centre in Hammersmith we decided to look at several <a title=\"Serviced Offices\" href=\"http:\/\/www.easyoffices.com\/\" target=\"_blank\">office space<\/a> options in Reading before concluding that Avanta&#8217;s Duke Street business centre would provide us with the best possible combination of quality office space, town centre location, value for money and great customer service.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;First impressions are very important in our business, so the helpfulness and professionalism of the reception staff was a key factor in our relocation decision. We have lots of clients coming to the centre for meetings and so the customer service levels extended by the Avanta team play a big part in providing us with a caring and professional image for our business.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Being located in the town centre provides us with the environmental benefit that we are all able to commute by train, thus totally eliminating car usage. In addition, the large number of restaurants within walking distance is perfect for entertaining clients.
