After achieving 100% occupancy rate after just 4 months, the serviced office company have refurbished and opened 19 brand new offices to meet demand.<\/p>\n<p>As a purpose built office block, Tameway Tower has stood as part of the Walsall community since the 1960&#8217;s and is located in the heart of the business district. As serviced offices become more popular, Tameway Tower is making progressive steps to a modern community and keeping up with business trends.<\/p>\n<p>Local businesses are finding more time to trade as staff at Tameway look after all aspects of the running of their office, from telecoms and broadband to a full reception service. As costs are flexible and a reception service is included, businesses are able to grow, taking on more staff and bringing more jobs into Walsall.<\/p>\n<p>Customer services manager Amy Faulkner says &#8220;companies are beginning to realise how easy it is to set up an office and that it doesn&#8217;t cost as much as it once would with a conventional office space. Once we have organised your office, telecoms and broadband there is not much else for you to do except business.&#8220;<\/p>\n<p>Pegasus Medical moved into Tameway Tower in December 2009. Jim Walker, owner and managing director commented that, &#8220;We Immediately benefited from the professional standard of refurbishment and the head of customer services Amy Faulkner worked with us day to day, prior to move, to ensure all our requirements were met.
