{"id":4194,"date":"2010-10-06T12:20:39","date_gmt":"2010-10-06T11:20:39","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/blog.easyoffices.com\/?p=4194"},"modified":"2010-10-06T12:20:39","modified_gmt":"2010-10-06T11:20:39","slug":"avanta-provides-sparks-charity-with-state-of-the-art-meeting-room","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.easyoffices.com\/blog\/business-advice-and-news\/avanta-provides-sparks-charity-with-state-of-the-art-meeting-room","title":{"rendered":"Avanta Provides Sparks Charity with State of the Art Meeting Room"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Following its continued support for children&#8217;s medical charity, <a title=\"Sparks\" href=\"http:\/\/www.sparks.org.uk\/netcommunity\/\" target=\"_blank\">Sparks<\/a>, for the past four years, Avanta is facilitating a strategic planning meeting for some 35 Sparks team members at its Austin Friars business centre, in the <a title=\"Serviced Offices City of London\" href=\"http:\/\/www.easyoffices.com\/Serviced-Offices\/uk\/London\/London-City\" target=\"_blank\">City of London<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Over the years the feedback we receive from our clients shows that strategy meetings are generally more creative and productive when carried out off-site and away from the familiarities of the normal office environment,&#8220; comments Kristen Honeycombe, Avanta&#8217;s meeting room sales manager.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;And as a major sponsor of Sparks for the past four years we wanted to provide their team with the best possible environment, facilities and equipment in order to help them create the most effective fundraising initiatives that help more children to be born healthy and grow up healthy.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Many organisations undertake strategic planning sessions in October for the following year and, having access to modern, fully equipped and air-conditioned meeting rooms helps create the perfect atmosphere in which to create the best plans.&#8220;<\/p>\n<p>John Shanley, Sparks Chief Executive comments: &#8220;The aim of our strategic review is to make sure that our charity is fit for purpose as we continue in our quest to save and improve the lives of babies and children. Avanta is kindly providing a state of the art meeting room where we can all really focus on the task in hand.
