Clients were asked to mark the centre&#8217;s facilities on a score from 1 to 10 to show the level of their satisfaction with their offices and virtual offices as well as the centre&#8217;s social facilities and staff.<\/p>\n<p>The impressive results showed that clients rated nearly every aspect of Charwell House on a score of 9 or above, giving an overall average of 9.73!  Clients praised the attitudes of staff members in particular, giving a perfect 10 for staff politeness and helpfulness.
