\"\"<\/a>The BCA commented on how Forsyth has launched their latest expansion due directly to their ability to capitalise “on businesses needing greater accommodation flexibility in a trying economic time”.\u00a0 The report echoed our earlier articles which reflected on the ability of Serviced<\/a> and Managed<\/a> office operators to ride the downturn thanks to their Flexible Office lease terms now being favoured by companies reluctant to commit to longer term leasing amidst an uncertain economy.\u00a0<\/p>\n
